1. Corporate Identity and Mission
MBKRsound is an independent music label, creative platform, and fundraising initiative operated by Yellow Maverick BV.
The purpose of MBKRsound is to create music, support artists and musicians, and generate long-term positive social impact through charitable giving, fundraising activities, and the distribution of music royalties.
MBKRsound currently operates as a commercial label under Yellow Maverick BV. The long-term ambition is to evolve the initiative into an independent non-profit organization dedicated to supporting charitable causes through music and creativity.
2. Charitable Royalty Commitment
2.1 Commitment
For selected musical works released under the MBKRsound label, the Company may allocate up to 70% or more of Net Royalties to one or more registered charitable organizations or social initiatives.
The exact allocation percentage may vary by release and will be disclosed where applicable on the MBKRsound website.
2.2 Definition of Net Royalties
“Net Royalties” means revenue actually received by MBKRsound after deduction of:

VAT and statutory taxes

Direct third-party costs required for distribution
2.3 Use of Remaining Funds
Remaining funds may be used for:

3. Fundraising and Donations
MBKRsound actively raises funds to support its mission.
Donations and contributions may be used to:

7. Artist and Contributor Agreements
Artists, producers, writers, musicians, and creative contributors participate under separate agreements.
Any royalty participation granted to contributors shall be governed exclusively by the applicable contributor agreement.
Nothing in these Terms grants contributors ownership rights in MBKRsound, Yellow Maverick BV, or charitable allocations unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All music, recordings, artwork, trademarks, logos, website content, and related materials remain the property of MBKRsound, Yellow Maverick BV, or their respective rights holders.
No content may be copied, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
9. About MBKRsound and Yellow Maverick BV
MBKRsound is a label and initiative owned and operated by Yellow Maverick BV.
Yellow Maverick BV specializes in data, technology, analytics, and innovation. MBKRsound was created to combine creativity, music, technology, and data-driven expertise to generate positive impact and support charitable causes around the world.
While MBKRsound currently operates as a commercial label, the organization intends to further develop its charitable mission and may transition into a non-profit structure in the future.
10. Limitation of Liability
MBKRsound and Yellow Maverick BV provide their websites, music, content, fundraising initiatives, charitable activities, and related services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law Netherlands, MBKRsound, Yellow Maverick BV, their directors, employees, artists, partners, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- Use of the website or its content;
- Music releases or creative works;
- Donations or fundraising activities;
- Charitable initiatives or beneficiary organizations;
- Third-party services, platforms, or payment providers;
- Technical interruptions, errors, or data loss;
- Decisions made based on information published by MBKRsound.
MBKRsound and Yellow Maverick BV do not guarantee that any fundraising target, charitable objective, donation amount, social impact goal, or future organizational structure will be achieved. Any support, donation, contribution, collaboration, or participation is made voluntarily and at the contributor’s own discretion and risk.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the total aggregate liability of MBKRsound and Yellow Maverick BV shall be limited to the amount directly received from the individual claimant during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever amount is lower.
11. Changes to These Terms
MBKRsound reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on mbkrsound.com and become effective immediately upon publication.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of The Netherlands.
